Bangladesh in room quarantine for three more days in New Zealand

The end is not the end!  With the exception of spin bowling coach Rangana Herath and a passenger in the vicinity of a Covidi attacker, the rest of the Bangladesh team were released from quarantine in Christchurch yesterday.  Although they could not practice because of the rain, everyone went to the field.  They were supposed to leave the quarantine center and get up at the team hotel tomorrow.  But then came the bad news.

According to the New Zealand Ministry of Health, everyone in the Bangladesh team will have to do room quarantine for three more days.  Although Corona is negative in the test, everyone has to wear 'Yellow Band' as she is on the same flight with Herath.  Going to the field to practice, going to the gymnasium - all these will be closed.

The weather in Christchurch has not been favorable for a few days now.  The condition of the cricketers of Bangladesh team is awkward due to continuous rain and freezing cold.  But yesterday was different.  Speaking of the golden jubilee of victory!  Mushfiqur Rahim-Taskin Ahmedra also sang the national anthem at the Hagley Park in Christchurch from as far away as New Zealand.  There was another kind of relief in the Bangladesh team on the occasion.  After the quarantine restrictions, everyone finally saw the appearance of the field!

Fear spread among everyone in the team after Rangana Herath was infected with Corona.  But the team management was relieved that everyone was negative in the latest Corona test.  Although they could not go to the field to practice, everyone was able to breathe in the open air.  "We have some good news today (yesterday)," team director Khaled Mahmood said in a video message from Christchurch.  We have all been negative (Covid test) and given the opportunity to practice.  We went to practice.  Although it was raining, I couldn't practice.  We will do gym sessions now.  Rangana Herath has been taken to the quarantine center.  Everyone else is fine and healthy.  But then came the news of that discomfort.  In Christchurch, everyone from the Bangladesh team will spend three more days in quarantine.  Herath, who is suffering from corona, has been taken to Kovid Center.
