WhatsApp will launch background voice notes
WhatsApp has launched a new feature of voice notes. This will allow you to hear voice messages sent by someone else while chatting with someone. However, the feature is currently only available in iOS beta, WhatsApp Business beta version in iOS. According to Wabitinfo, this voice note will not be deleted if it is moved to another chat after listening.
However, Media Standard Business Standard reports that although it is currently launched for iOS, it is still in the development stage for Android. However, nothing has been said about when it will be released.
According to a new report, WhatsApp plans to exclude two recent Broadcast List and New Group features from its iOS version. It may be seen in the new update. Instead, it is launching a new entry point in the contact list called Broadcast. This can be seen when the user taps Start New Chat in the upper right hand corner. However, no update date has been mentioned.
