1.  turn on WhatsApp first.
2.  there is a three-dot menu in the far right corner of the home screen. Clicking there will open the Settings option.

However, this feature will only be available to those who use The WhatsApp Business account. This facility is yet to be offered for ordinary WhatsApp users.
