In this new rule, the popular True Caller app is also stuck with various apps. Through this app, before receiving the phone, it is possible to know that the call is coming from an unknown number. In addition, the facility of call records was available. This app is quite popular among the users due to the free benefit.
However, these processes require Google's permission. Google and any call recording services do not want to offer these apps. So to survive the competition, this special feature will be closed in Truecaller.
However, those who have the in-built call recording option on their mobile will not have any problem in getting this service, google authorities said. But by turning on Truecaller, users will no longer get this benefit.
